Salmo Lil’ Bug Floating Lure

Description

The Salmo Lil' Bug Floating Lure is a compact surface lure designed to imitate a small beetle, making it an effective choice for targeting surface-feeding predators. Its highly aerodynamic shape and built-in casting system, known as the Salmo Infinity Cast System (SICS), contribute to long and accurate casts, allowing anglers to reach distant current seams, shallow runs, or areas with overhanging cover. This lure is available in 2.5 cm and 3 cm lengths, with the 3 cm model weighing 4.3 grams. Its floating action keeps it on the surface where fish are actively feeding, especially during warmer seasons. When retrieved, the Lil' Bug creates a distinct V-shaped wake on the water's surface, enhancing its visibility to fish even in less clear conditions. Designed for ultra-light fishing, the Salmo Lil' Bug is a versatile crankbait that responds well to a simple twitch-and-pause retrieve. It is a strong addition to any freshwater tackle box, suitable for bank fishing or working from a kayak.
