Description

The Drennan Vertex Feeder Reel is designed as a versatile option for coarse anglers, primarily intended for feeder fishing but also suitable for float fishing applications. It is constructed from a blend of composite and alloy materials, aiming for a lightweight yet durable build with strong internals. This reel is available in both front drag and rear drag models, offering anglers a choice to match their preferred fish-playing style, with both options providing accurate and incremental clutch adjustment. The reel's shallow spool design is engineered to minimise the need for excessive backing, which in turn enhances line lay, casting distance, and accuracy. A thoughtful feature is the inclusion of rubber buttons that fit securely into the spools, allowing anglers to easily identify the line diameter or breaking strain on each. The one-touch folding handle contributes to its portability, making it convenient for transport, especially with made-up rods. Key features of the Drennan Vertex Feeder Reel include: - 7 + 1 Ball Bearings - Gear Ratio 5.1 to 1 - Stainless spring loaded line clip - One-touch folding handle - Supplied with one alloy and two composite spools
