Fitting the extension ring increases the cooking height by 8cm, creating valuable space for roasting larger cuts. The included roasting stand makes easy work of bigger pieces of beef, a shoulder of lamb, or even a whole chicken – simply stand the poultry upright on the rack and place it in the barbecue for even, efficient roasting that leaves the meat succulent and juicy. After cooking, both the extension ring and roasting stand cool down and fit inside the carry bag, so they are always on hand when needed.
