Cobb BBQ Kit with Fire Basket

Description

The Cobb BBQ Kit with Fire Basket transforms a Cobb cooker into an open grill barbecue, allowing anglers and outdoor enthusiasts to achieve flame-grilled flavours. This kit is designed for direct heat exposure, enhancing the versatility of the Cobb cooking system. The kit includes an enlarged fire basket and a barbecue grill. The fire basket is engineered to hold more fuel, typically up to 12 briquettes or 400-450g of charcoal, providing increased heat for a more intense cooking experience and ensuring even heat distribution for consistent results. The V-shaped grill grid is a key feature, designed to channel fat and juices away from the coals, which helps to minimise flare-ups and enhances the smoky flavour of the food. Constructed from high-end food-grade stainless steel, the Cobb BBQ Kit with Fire Basket offers durability and is generally dishwasher safe for easy cleaning after use. This accessory allows for cooking without the Cobb dome cover, as the fire basket configuration generates sufficient heat.
