Description

The Trakker DB7-R 3 Rod Bite Alarm Set is the result of five years of development and bank-side testing by Trakker's team of anglers. Where many manufacturers now offer overcomplicated bite alarms packed with features that rarely get used, Trakker has refined this set to focus on technology that genuinely helps on the water. The alarm head is built around a strong, water-resistant IPX68-rated ABS casing, with additional waterproofing protecting the internal digital circuitry. Bite detection comes from a roller wheel fitted with eight individual magnets, giving eight differing levels of sensitivity. The alarm produces an audible tone and visual difference between forward runs and drop backs, with LEDs flashing for a run and going solid for a dropback. These same settings are replicated on the receiver box, which automatically syncs to the alarm head's LED colour choices.
