Drennan Feeder Tips

Description

Drennan Feeder Tips are standard 3.5mm diameter quivertips designed as replacement or spare options for a broad selection of Drennan feeder rods. These tips are compatible with the majority of current and previous Drennan feeder rod ranges, with the exception of the Acolyte series. The range includes both glass and carbon tips, allowing anglers to choose the appropriate action for their fishing conditions. Glass tips are typically softer with a slower taper, providing less resistance to taking fish and often helping to prolong the bite. They are well-suited for targeting species such as bream, roach, and skimmers in still water where "pull-round" bites are common. Carbon tips offer a lighter, stiffer, and more responsive action, contributing to faster recovery after casting which can improve accuracy. They are often preferred for "drop-back" bites, commercial carp fishing, distance feeder applications, and river work, especially in windy conditions where they exhibit less bounce. All Drennan Feeder Tips feature accurate test curves and are equipped with Hi-Viz Red painted tops for clear bite indication.
