The JAG Safe Liner 316 Black MK2 is a line clip designed to protect your line from damage, using super soft rubber to eliminate the need for trailers caused by bobbin clips. It provides sensitive bite indication by gripping the line rather than running over it, and performs well in high winds – simply connect the Safeliner to the line and slowly rotate the reel spool to tighten the line between indicator and reel, preventing false wind bleeps. The Black MK2 version is made from 316 stainless steel that has been blackened through a special finishing process to increase the weight of the indicator, not aluminium. It fits existing JAG hockey sticks and Snag ears, and is compatible with existing JAG isotopes and coloured inserts. Use one safeliner on next safeliner to remove small screw (do not drop it!), cut down chain with Korda crimp pliers or similar and re-attach with screw - Available in both 316 and Black.
