The Wychwood Epic Tactical Compact Bivvy Full System is designed to be the lightest, fastest and most versatile bivvy the brand has made. Its headline feature is the coverage and protection offered by a fully integrated front peak, complete with integrated rain guttering and Velcro rod restraints. The peak is purposely shaped to channel rainwater away from the front of the bivvy, so rain does not enter when the doors are open and puddles do not form in the entrance. The frame is a robust yet lightweight five-ridge aluminium profile with new anti-twist joint connections. A pivoting lever cam allows for effortless and quick setup and pack-down. Generous headroom provides optimised, usable internal space, along with increased stability and comfort. The fabric is fully breathable to 20,000mm, waterproof, extremely durable and amazingly lightweight. Two large rear windows use the Tactical camo privacy mosquito mesh and incorporate letter-box styled zippers to aid airflow. Inside, there are two twin mesh storage pockets that can be fully removed or repositioned onto any internal side or rear wall, offering a place to store valuables, a receiver or a head lamp. A centrally positioned hang hook is ideal for hanging bivvy or mozzy lamps. The Epic Tactical Compact and the Epic Tactical Bivvy offer two different dimensions of bankside comfort and protection.
