Drennan Specimen Tench & Bream Rod

Description

The Drennan Specimen Tench and Bream Rod is designed for the dedicated big fish angler, with slim, high modulus carbon blanks that have been extensively tested. Guide spacing and diameter have been adjusted to give smooth distance casting and accuracy. It is built primarily for casting large feeders and bolt rigs, and the progressive semi-through action acts as a shock absorber when playing fish of any size, while retaining enough power to handle extra-large, hard-fighting specimens. Available in two test curves, the 1¾lb version is a great allrounder, while the 2lb model is a stepped-up version with more power throughout the blank. - 12ft (3.66m) - Available in 1¾lb and 2.0lb test curves - Slim, high modulus carbon blanks - Reel lines 8lb to 12lb - 1¾lb casting weight – 90g - 2.0lb casting weight – 110g - Specialist 18mm DPS reel seat - Cork and EVA handle - Full SiC guides - Subtle dark green blank
