The Drennan Specimen Tench and Bream Rod is designed for the dedicated big fish angler, with slim, high modulus carbon blanks that have been extensively tested. Guide spacing and diameter have been adjusted to give smooth distance casting and accuracy. It is built primarily for casting large feeders and bolt rigs, and the progressive semi-through action acts as a shock absorber when playing fish of any size, while retaining enough power to handle extra-large, hard-fighting specimens.
