The kit is built around the Covert Lead Clip, described as the smallest and least conspicuous Size 8 swivel safety lead clip available. It is easy to use, with the size 8 Kwik-Lok swivel designed to click securely into place inside the front barrel of the clip. The clip's design allows for adjustable and consistent lead discharge, controlled by the position of the Covert Tail Rubber. Fine-tuning was improved through refinements to the dedicated Covert Tail Rubbers supplied in the pack. For the quickest lead drop, partially push the tail rubber onto the rear of the clip, or trim back the lead arm.
