Avid VTX Receiver

Description

The Avid VTX Receiver works with the Avid Carp VTX bite alarms to alert you to activity on the rods from a distance. It uses a multi-light LED system with four high-visibility LEDs and four colour options that match the alarm heads, so you can tell which rod has been triggered at a glance. The receiver pairs with the VTX EPS system for stable signal transmission up to 150 metres between the alarms and the receiver, and it can be paired with up to eight alarms. A SafeGuard Anti-Theft Alert System sounds a warning if an alarm head is powered off, while a bleep memory function identifies which rod was triggered last. The weather-sealed case protects the digital internals and keeps battery consumption low. A Piezo speaker provides clear sound indication, and an LED shows low battery levels when the receiver is switched on. The receiver is supplied with a branded lanyard. To pair the receiver with your alarms, ensure all alarms are switched off, then turn on the receiver and press and hold the registration button on the back until the leftmost LED flashes. Release it and switch on each alarm one at a time in your preferred order (up to four), trigger the alarm to set the channels, then press the registration button again or power off the receiver to complete pairing.
