The Inline Magic Wand Solid Bag System from One More Cast is designed to convert almost every pick-up into a properly hooked and landed fish, delivering stronger hook holds and increased landing efficiency. It is built specifically for use with Fade Solid PVA Bags inside the purpose-built Magic Wand Lead (lead not included). The hooking devices are backed by extensive underwater evidence and data, and the system is intended to enhance the hooking efficiency and overall performance of virtually any rig. When a carp picks up the hookbait and tightens the hook link, the Magic Wand's spring-loaded recoiling mechanism activates instantly. This sudden recoil creates a jolt effect that helps drive the hook home while simultaneously spooking the fish into a more violent and erratic initial take. Instead of allowing brutal shock forces to transfer directly into the hook hold, which can cause hook pulls, tearing, and lost fish on conventional systems, the Magic Wand cushions those lunges while keeping the hook locked securely in the sweet spot. Even if direct contact with the fish is briefly lost during the fight, such as in heavy weed, at range, or at awkward angles, the system maintains pressure through the spring mechanism, increasing the chances of retaining the hook hold.
