The rod is built on a 24T carbon blank with a 3lb test curve and a super-fast taper, giving it a strong spine for controlled casting and fish fighting. Its clean, minimalist design features an olive green OMC FC branded finish, chamfered black Duplon above the reel seat, a matte black blank, and durable ceramic guides. The reel's free-spool mechanism clicks on and off with a turn of the handle, or you can fish traditionally using the backwind or front drag. Together, the combo suits anglers from their first carp session through to casting 60–100 yards, and pairs well with lead systems, PVA bags, or feeders.
